We're looking for a mid- to senior-level Installation Engineer with proven expertise in CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role where you'll take ownership of installations from start to finish while leading teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission CCTV systems, intruder alarms, access control systems
Work with systems including Dahua, Ajax, Hikvision, Paxton, and Impro
Lead installations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification
Provide on-site technical leadership and quality assurance
Mentor and support junior engineers
Conduct fault finding, servicing, and system upgrades
Maintain clear and accurate documentation and handovers
Ensure full compliance with industry standards and health & safety

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in security systems installation
Proven expertise in CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control
Strong working knowledge of IP-based and networked systems
Proven ability to lead or supervise installations on-site
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
Professional, reliable, and client-facing attitude
Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas
